Chinese National Abdul Haq with UN Security Council 1267 
Committee to Fairzarkhman Kasenov, Counselor in the MFA's 
Department of Multilateral Cooperation on March 5.  Kasenov 
had no immediate substantive response, but promised he would 
get back to us with Kazakhstan,s views.
